There are a few different systems in place depending on what you want to update.

To update your Drupal profile go to and use your RIT login information.

  • After logging in, click on your user name in the upper right hand corner to go to your user profile.
  • Click the "Edit" tab above your name and update the appropriate fields.
  • Do not modify any fields labeled "This field should not be edited."
  • When you are done, make sure to click the Save button at the bottom.

To add or update a document, publication, award, etc., go to and use your RIT login information. In the left column there are options to Add New Content, Edit/Delete Content, or Create Report. Simply select the appropriate option and follow the prompts.
