Hirem Bullock
Hirem was the
guitar player on the David Letterman show many years ago. Since
then he has played on numerous records and is regarded as one of
the great guitar players of out time. Check out one of the best
recorded guitar solos in history on Stings "Nothing Like the Sun"
album. Hirem plays on the song "Little Wing". And what's with that
stupid mustache?

John Patitucci
OK, he's not
a drummer. John has played with everyone from A-Z. He is one of
the greatest bass players ever. He is most known for playing with
Chick Corea. I saw Chick Corea at the Strand outside of LA.. Afterwards,
I met the whole band. He is not very tall......but he can play his
ass off. :)

Kenny Aronoff
It would be
easier to list the people Kenny hasn't played with. His main gig
has been with John Cougar. He has also played with Bob Seger, Bonnie
Raitt, B.B. King, Iggy Pop, Bob Dylan, Aldo Nova Corey Hart, Brian
Setzer, Marshall Crenshaw, Jon Bon Jovi, Elton John, Neil Diamond,
Lyle Lovett, Glen Frey, Hall & Oates, Indigo Girls, Henery Lee Summer,
Les Paul, and Belinda Carlisle to name a few. He has appeared on
some 50 albums from '88 to '91. He can also be seen on the cover
of the Sept. '91 issue o Modern Drummer. I worked with Kenny at
a Zildjian Day Drum Clinic in N.Y.C.

Liberty Devitto
Liberty is noted
for playing for with Billy Joel. I met him at a clinic in L.A. He
talked about the tour, playing with Billy and other funny stuff.
Real nice guy. He also did a tour with Stevie Nicks back in 1984.
He did mention that Billy's wife was really hot and had plenty of
hot girlfriends. Liberty is on the July 88' issue of Modern Drummer.

Peter Erskine
Peter has played
with Stan Kenton, Maynard Ferguson, Weather Report, Joni Mitchell,
Steps Ahead, John Scofield, Mike Stern, John Abercrombie, Bill Frisell,
Bob Berg, Joe Lavano, Bob Mintzer, Randy and Mike Brecker, and the
list goes on and on....He is on the cover of the Nov. '93 issue
of MD. Recently he has taken the gig with Steely Dan. I caught up
with him at a club in LA after a gig with John Ambercrombie.

Ralph Humphrey
Ralph is a great
player and a really nice guy. I studied with him for over a year.
He gave me tons of ideas about playing in odd meters. He has played
with Don Ellis, Seals & Crofts, Toshiko Akiyoshi, John Davidson,
Abbey Lane, Paul Anka, Frank Zappa, and Al Jarreau. He has also
worked with Wayne Shorter, Manhattan Transfer, Michael Hoenig, and
Pages. There is an interview with him in the June 88' issue of Modern
Drummer.

Sonny Emery
Yes, he looks
a little bit like Eddie Murphy. But Eddie can't play like this guy.
Sonny has some of the best chops I have ever seen. He has played
with Cameo, Jean-Luc Ponty, David Sanborn, the Crusaders, Earth
Wind & Fire, Chic, the B-52's and Steve Perry. I met up with him
at a clinic in LA. He can also be scene in the August '90 issue
of Modern Drummer. And why the hell are my eyes closed in this picture?
