Extrapolating

How long will it take a ball to roll down a BIG ramp? You will perform some extrapolation to see first-hand just how dangerous it is....

Make a prediction which includes a range, like this:

                    12.8 +/- 0.5 seconds

At the end of the class, I will roll the ball down, and every group will measure the time. The prediction which includes the actual time within its range and has the smallest range is the winner! Winning group members will receive a prize ....

Hand in: Each team will hand in their table, and two graphs, and the analysis showing the prediction with uncertainty.
