Job Responsibilities

Details
Link the coupled modeling system with Landsat/LDCM data through optimization to determine water constituent within the water column in inland and coastal waters. This involves simulating material transport coupled with modeling light-water interaction to predict water-leaving reflectance. This quantity is then compared to the surface reflectance extracted from simulated LDCM data. In this process both the thermal and reflective portion of the spectrum are employed.
