RIT MCSL High Dynamic Range Image Database

So here are 74 HDR images available for your enjoyment/science.Some are quite nice, while others are not quite as nice. Nevertheless, they might be useful. The thumbnails here are all rendered using iCAM with the default settings. As such you might notice some distinct purple tinges. These are known issues, and are a result of the input range of the images. As such you can generally solve these problems by changing the input range...eg

out = render_hdr(in/max(in)*1000) ;

Actually, as of March 23, 2004 we have included a new auto-scaling factor that scales the input images based upon the cumulative histogram. If you haven't checked out the new Matlab source, I highly recommend it. Now with 20% less bugs!
