This lock is located in Livingston County approximately 2 miles "south" (actually more west-southwest) of U.S. 20. The "west" wall of the lock still has a few of the large stone facing blocks and many of the interior blocks in place. Many blocks from the "east" wall were removed (during construction of the railroad?).
