Teacher Workshops

The Center offers teacher workshops on a variety of imaging-related topics. Some recent workshops are listed below:

- Two days, 12 contact hours
- Covers mathematical basis for image processing
- Learn to use ImageJ – public domain image processing program
- Techniques can be used to solve scientific problems in the classroom

- Two days, 12 contact hours
- Learn to use a variety of thermal cameras
- Learn how thermal imagery can be used in the classroom

- Two days, 12 contact hours
- Introduces the concept of “the imaging chain”
- Includes laboratory demonstrations
- Discuss how imaging science can be integrated into the HS curriculum
