Investments in technology and innovation enable new space missions, stimulate the global economy, and inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers and astronauts. Chief Technologist Mason Peck will provide an overview of NASA’s ambitious program of space exploration that builds on new technologies, as well as proven capabilities, as it expands humanity’s reach into the solar system while providing broadly-applicable benefits here on Earth.

The ROAR Day 24 hour Matching Gift Challenge is Thursday, September 26th – all student, faculty and staff gifts of $5 to $50 made between 12:00am and 11:59pm will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, by President Bill Destler and Dr. Rebecca Johnson, Dr. Jeremy Haefner, Dr. Heath Boice-Pardee and Lisa Cauda. Gifts can be made at table locations across campus between 10am and 5pm OR online at any point during the 24 hour challenge. ROAR Day details can be found at rit.edu/roarinfo.
To support the CIS Student Microgrants Fund at one of the campus locations on ROAR Day, just write the name of the fund ("CIS Student Microgrant Fund") on the gift form when you make your gift.
