Industrial Associates Scholarship
Industrial Associate Scholarship awards are made to entering freshmen who exhibit financial need and
academic promise. The Admissions Office makes award decisions. Amount of award depends on resources available.
Carlson Family Scholarship
Merit scholarship for accepted undergraduate freshman and transfer students based on scholarship, leadership and service. Scholarship is awarded for initial year of enrollment and may be renewed. Amount of award varies dependent on revenues from endowment.
The Carlson Scholarship in Imaging Science
Criteria:
- Recipients must be undergraduate students majoring in imaging science
- Recipients must be at the upper division in their course work
- Awards will be based on merit to outstanding students; specific criteria to be determined by the scholarship committee
- Contributions to the Carlson Center for Imaging Science and/or the RIT community
Francis Lang Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to students in the third or fourth year of the program. Preference is given to students from Connecticut.

The Society for Imaging Science &Technology: The Raymond Davis Scholarship
This scholarship is granted by the society to a student or students of photographic or imaging science or engineering for use in continuing their studies as graduate or undergraduate students. This grant is made for academic study or research in the theory or practice of image formation by radiant energy. For more information see: imaging.org
International Society of Optical Engineering (SPIE)
Membership in SPIE is a prerequisite for scholarship application. Full-time students are eligible for reduced membership fees. All scholarship and grant applicants must demonstrate a commitment to and involvement in optical science and engineering or a related field, and indicate how the award would help the applicant contribute to the field(s).
