Signals Software allows the user to generate one-dimensional complex functions, process them in various ways (histograms, Fourier transforms, convolutions, etc.), and graph the results. The Instruction Manual is also available online.
This was developed by Professor Roger Easton. Originally written for MS-DOS, a Windows version is available for beta testing.

CISLab V2 is an updated version of CISLab. This version extends the image analysis functionality of the original. It is a complete rewrite of the original Visual Basic code. This was written by . Please try out this version (available for Macintosh and Windows platforms) and let us know how you like it. It is our intention to move forward with this code, and not the older Visual Basic.

CISLab is designed to be an all-purpose tool for use in analysis of images.

Scion Image is the Windows version of the popular Macintosh program, NIH Image, written at the National Institutes of Health. Scion Image may be used to capture, display, analyze, enhance, measure, annotate, and output images. Scion Image extensively supports all Scion frame grabber boards, and provides a powerful and complete image acquisition environment.
