Introduction


The Center for Imaging Science offers graduate programs leading to the Master of Science in Imaging Science and in Color Science and the Doctor of Philosophy in Imaging Science. Graduate students are able to conduct research in a wide variety of areas, which include astronomical imaging, biomedical imaging, color science, digital imaging, human visual perception, nanoimaging, and remote sensing.

The research work is funded by grants and contracts.  The Center collaborates with large and small scale industries and governmental agencies.  Financial support is available for qualified students.  

The graduate Handbook is intended to provide you with information about our program and the vast opportunities that are available for a rewarding career.  Our dedicated faculty and staff are always keen to assist you to be successful.
