Instructions for uploading images for the 2012 Imaging Bash
There are 10 instructions in the list below. Note in particular instruction #10. Failure to accomplish instruction #10 will result in having your image deleted from the Bash album.
1. Go to http://picasaweb.google.com
2. Log in with the e-mail address "RITImagingBash@gmail.com", and the password "rittigers"
3. Click on the album labeled "2012 Imaging Bash"
4. To upload an image, click on the "Upload" button at the top of the page
5. When the "Upload Photos and Videos " box opens, click "add to an existing album."
6. Ensure the album name is "2012 Imaging Bash." If it is not, select this album from the drop down list in the gray box at the top of the page.
7. Upload your image by dragging it to the box which contains the words "Drag Photos Here," or click on the blue button in the center of the box to navigate to the appropriate file.
PLEASE NOTE: The intent is to have participants upload A SINGLE IMAGE - one individual picture which in some way conveys something about you, your interests, or your work. We want an image which contains one and only one graphical element. We DO NOT want a converted PowerPoint slide with multiple graphical elements, even though they are captured in a single jpg file. In general, your image should not contain text, symbols, equations, graphs, or diagrams. We want you to submit a PICTURE. If you are not certain what constitutes a single image, please refer to the examples below.

9. Once you've done this you will once again see the entire collection of images in the album. Click on the image you just uploaded.
10. READ THIS CAREFULLY -- When your picture is displayed, click on "Add a Caption" and TYPE YOUR NAME IN THE BOX. Be sure to then click "Save Caption". If you fail to include your name, your image will not be used at the Bash. Under the image is a comments box. Feel free to add any additional information you would like.
